1. Delivery Timeline

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 24-48 hours on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed the next working day.
  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days for most areas. Remote or rural locations may take longer.

Next-Day Delivery: Available only in selected cities and for eligible products. To get next-day delivery, place your order before the daily cut-off time. If outside the next-day area, standard delivery times will apply.

2. Delivery Coverage

  • We deliver throughout Pakistan.
  • To confirm whether we deliver to your postcode (ZIP code), simply enter it at checkout. If your area is unreachable, the system will tell you before you finalize your order.

3. Delivery During Holidays

  • Deliveries are not made on public holidays. Orders placed on such days will be processed the next working day.
  • Expect possible delays during peak seasons, especially around major holidays or during national events.

4. Signature Upon Delivery

  • A signature is required upon delivery for every order, to ensure safe handover of your items.
  • If you’re not available to sign, our courier may attempt redelivery or contact you to make alternate arrangements.

5. Tracking Your Order

  • After your order ships, you’ll receive an email (and/or SMS) with tracking details.
  • You can track your shipment anytime via the link in the notification. If you haven’t received tracking information within 48 hours of purchase, please contact us.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligibility: Items eligible for return must be in their original condition, unopened, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Return Period: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days from delivery date.
  • Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds will be issued via the same payment method used, usually within 5-7 business days.
  • Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, certain items (like ear tips, personal care accessories, etc.) are non-returnable if opened or used.
  • Defective / Wrong Item: If you receive damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for return and replacement or refund.

7. How to Initiate a Return

  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for shipping.
  3. Pack the item securely and send it to the return address we provide. Save proof of shipment until the return is processed.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll contact you about your refund status.

Do you deliver on public holidays?

No, orders are not delivered on public holidays. Any orders placed during holidays are processed on the next working day.

Do you deliver to my area?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Pakistan. You can check service availability by entering your postcode at checkout.

Can I get same-day or next-day delivery?

Next-day delivery is available in selected cities for eligible products if ordered before the cut-off time. Same-day delivery is not currently offered.

Do I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes, a signature is required for most deliveries to ensure your order reaches you safely. If you’re not available, the courier will reschedule or arrange a redelivery.

What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
