Thank you for shopping at Apple Mart Online. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, our Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges. Please read carefully.

1. What is Eligible for Return / Refund

  • Products must be returned in their original condition: unused, undamaged, with all tags, accessories, and original packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number / receipt) is required.
  • Products that are perishable, intimate/hygiene products, or customized items may not be eligible unless there is a defect or error on our part.

2. Timeframe for Returns / Refunds

  • You have 7 calendar days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
  • After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  • If more than 7 days have passed since delivery, we may not accept the return.

3. Process for Returns / Exchanges

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@applemartonline.com (or your official support email) with your order number and reason for return or exchange.
  2. We will issue a Return Authorization Number and give you instructions about where to send the item.
  3. Pack the item securely. If applicable, include all accessories, packaging, tags, etc.
  4. Ship the item back to the address provided. Keep proof of shipment until the return is finalized.
  5. Once we inspect the item and confirm the return is valid, we will issue a refund or send a replacement.

4. Refund Method

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • If this is not possible, we may issue store credit instead.
  • Depending on your bank/payment service, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Charges

  • If the return is due to our error — wrong item, defect, or damage — we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • For returns due to change of mind, or if the item is not defective, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • Any costs for original shipping may not be refundable, unless required by law or indicated in the product’s details.

6. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally non-returnable:

  • Items that have been used, altered, washed, damaged by misuse.
  • Sealed items where the seal has been broken (e.g. hygiene products, earbuds tips etc.)
  • Final-sale or clearance items, unless defective.
  • Custom or personalized items (unless incorrect from our end).

7. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery preferred) with photos and description.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund including any shipping cost incurred due to our error.

8. How Long Refunds Take

  • After the returned item reaches us and is inspected, we aim to process refunds within 5-7 working days.
  • The exact time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
